AECA is hiring a new position – Step Up to WAGE$ Program Manager! This position will manage the day-to-day operations of the Step Up to WAGE$ Program, including staff supervision, quality control and outreach. The Step Up to WAGE$ Program Manager will train staff members and participate in training and oversight of WAGE$ affiliate states. They will assist in the creation and management of team budget as well as the creation and submission of required reports.
